My daughters, 7 and 9 years old, had so much fun reading Sabita et les mots magiques mêlés. They laughed out loud discovering the huge eye on page 9 and from then on, adopted the creatures who come out of the cauldron where the spell book falls. They didn't even notice the little reading lessons included in the story! Also, they loved the song on the CD - they could sing it by heart after only hearing it twice! I therefore highly recommend this book to both Francophone and French Immersion children. Bravo, Tara and company, for such a successful début!
